Areas of Expertise: Building Energy modeling using s/w such as Energy Plan, EQuest, IES VE, Trane Trace, etc. Solar modeling using s/w such as Helioscope, PVSyst, etc. And manual energy savings calculations using building energy modeling theory.


Must Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Energy Efficiency and Solar modeling and calculation tools.


Position Overview:  Responsible for providing consultation services such as modeling energy savings for buildings and facilities, developing energy production and savings models for solar PV and energy storage installations. Preparing energy and cost savings analysis for individual projects and portfolio of projects for clients.


The Clean Energy Engineer is responsible for:

  • Ensure client projects are delivered on time, on budget and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop energy efficiency models for mainly apartment complexes and other facilities.
  • Develop solar and storage energy production and usage models for onsite and larger off-site solar and storage facilities.
  • Calculate energy and cost savings for client projects.


Location: Remote in India

Compensation: Depends on Experience

Classification: F/T Employee or Contractor


Areas of Expertise: US labor regulations and US company policies for HR department including benefits plan management, hiring and firing of US based staff.


Must Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR duties for USA based companies.


Position Overview: The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring compliance with various Federal, State, and local HR laws and practices. They also assist with staff engagement, performance reviews, and oversight of payroll. This position is also responsible for recruiting and on-boarding of new employees, exiting employees that leave the company, maintaining Employee Policy Manuals and Other documents, and HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


The Part Time HR Generalist is responsible for:


1. Ensure compliance with USA and India based benefits and retirement plan requirements

2. Updating employee policies and handbook for US clients

3. Develop employee engagement program and employee satisfaction surveys, including:

  • Develop employee reward/recognition program
  • Investigating/resolving employee/customer complaints


4. Filling open job positions:

  • Developing job ads from job descriptions
  • Listing open job ads in various media
  • Screening candidates before sending to Hiring Manager
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Requesting and reviewing references and background checks
  • Coordinating offer letters


5. On-Boarding new Hire

  • Taking care of IT and other equipment needs and other logistics
  • Orienting new employees with company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring new employee goes through required Training program
  • Coordinating employee enrollment in benefit plans
  • Monitoring training/performance goals for first 3-6 months of new employees

Working Hours: Suited to serving USA based clients


Areas of Expertise: Microsoft Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, Power Platform, SaaS Administration, IAM, MDM.


Must Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and implementing IT solutions.


Position Overview: Responsible for the management of IT infrastructure and vendors. Provide staff support for the various Microsoft based hardware and software applications, databases, and other software’s such as CRMs, accounting, payroll, etc. Manage the data integration and reporting needs of the organization.


The IT Generalist is responsible for:

  • Provide tactical coordination of IT applications and infrastructure.
  • Maintain a high level of support for users and ensure continuous delivery of IT services.
  • Help manage technology vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, including laptop standards, disaster recovery procedures, and software configuration management standards.
  • Understand the expanding needs of the client company and anticipate their needs for moving the business operations forward more efficiently.

Areas of Expertise: Digital Marketing, Website Maintenance, Lead Generation, Outreach Campaigns


Must Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing for international clients.


Position Overview: The Marketing Generalist is responsible for implementing our US based client’s marketing strategy. They need to research, analyze, and recommend the right set of tactics to build brand awareness and more importantly generate sales opportunities for the client.


The Marketing Generalist is responsible for:

  • Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with the objective to reaching those target clients across different channels and segments
  • Deploy traditional and digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution that generate leads for company salespeople
  •  Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials 
  • Plan, create, and oversee the content and production of all marketing and branding materials that create a cohesive brand in the marketplace including website, online and print materials for campaigns and brand awareness
  • Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/returns/customer response
  • Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
  • Track and Report on ROI for all marketing efforts
